How long does it take to install a towbar with a towbar electric kit?
Installation time depends on the car model to which the towbar should be installed. Usually it takes about 4-5 hours.
How long do I have to wait for the installation of a towbar with a towbar electric kit?
The waiting time for the service depends on the season. In the spring and summer season it takes from 7 days to 3 weeks. In the autumn and winter season the waiting time is shortened to 2 weeks or several days.
Can I negotiate the wholesale price?
Certainly. In the case of wholesale service we set prices individually with each customer.
How long do I have to wait from placing an order to delivery?
The waiting time depends on product availability. If the products are in stock, we send them on the next working day after the day of placing the order. If the order is placed at early hours, it is possible to send the product on the same day.
How long do I have to wait for the delivery if the selected towbar is out of stock?
The waiting time usually takes from 3 to 7 weeks, however, it happens that the towbar has already been ordered and then the waiting time is shortened to 1-3 weeks.
Do the towbars have a warranty?
Yes, they do.
What is the maximum weight of a trailer that my car can tow?
The maximum weight of a trailer that a car can tow is predetermined by the manufacturer.
Do you offer an on-site service?
Unfortunately, it is impossible. We have never practised it due to the necessity of using specialist tools which are available in our garage.
Is it necessary to code the towbar electric kit after the installation?
This decision is individually made on the basis of the brand of the car to which the towbar is installed.
Do you code towbar electric kits?
We code towbar electric kits for most car brands. However, in some cases the towbar electric kit has to be coded by the dealer.
How the car should be prepared for the installation of a towbar and towbar electric kit?
The three steps below are enough to ensure smooth installation
- The car body should be clean.
- The boot should be empty.
- All additional accessories, such as child safety seats in the back seat should be removed.
